Plumber work in Yarmouth, Maine
Plumbers install and repair water supply, drain, waste and vent piping, fixtures, water heaters and the piping that serves them. TradeHire shows postings at county level, so this page lists every plumber opening in Cumberland County, not only those in Yarmouth itself.
28.4% of the housing units in Cumberland County were built before 1950 and the median home was built in 1976 (ACS 2020-2024 5-year estimates). Older buildings mean galvanized and cast-iron piping reaching the end of its life, and Maine winters make frozen-pipe repairs and well-and-septic work a regular part of the job outside the sewered towns.
