Without it, you get 10 free outreaches per month (quotes and applications). With the $5/month membership, outreaches are unlimited. You can cancel anytime.

The fees keep the network serious. Free platforms fill with spam, bots, and people who never follow through. When outreach costs something, both sides know the other person means business.

Yes. Monthly subscriptions (technician, employer, agent) can be cancelled at any time. Contractor and homeowner accounts have no subscriptions to cancel.

When a property owner posts a project, we automatically email every licensed tradesperson and trade company within 40 miles. They can view the project and respond directly through the platform.

Yes. Technicians are anonymized by default (shown only as TH-ID). Your real name and contact info are revealed only after you accept a connection request. You're always in control.
