SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from TradeHire ("TradeHire," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. These terms supplement, and do not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

• When you opt in to the TradeHire SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to your account, including interview and mentor-call reminders, scheduling confirmations, application and quote updates, and account or security notifications.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform.

2. Consent Is Optional

• Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating a TradeHire account or of purchasing any product or service. You can use TradeHire and receive the same information by email without opting in to SMS.
• You provide consent only by checking the SMS opt-in box at signup or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive texts.

3. Costs

• TradeHire does not charge for text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

4. Opt Out

• You may cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• You can also manage SMS notifications from your account Settings, or email support@tradehire.com to opt out.

5. Help

• For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@tradehire.com.
• Supported carriers may change, and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

6. Your Mobile Number

• You confirm that the mobile number you provide is accurate and that you are the current subscriber or owner of that number.
• If your number changes, please update it in your account Settings or notify us before the change takes effect.

7. Privacy

• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors (such as our SMS provider) in support roles to provide the service.
• Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
