HVAC work in Lincoln, Maine
HVAC technicians install and service the heating, cooling and ventilation equipment that keeps Maine buildings warm through long winters — oil and propane boilers and furnaces, heat pumps and air-conditioning systems. Lincoln is in Lincoln County, whose county seat is Wiscasset and whose population was 35,237 in 2020. TradeHire shows postings at county level, so this page lists every hvac opening in Lincoln County, not only those in Lincoln itself.
56.5% of occupied homes in Lincoln County heat mainly with fuel oil or kerosene, 18.3% with propane, the median home was built in 1978 and 26.1% of units date from before 1940 (ACS 2020-2024 5-year estimates). A heating stock like this keeps oil and propane service, boiler and furnace replacement, and heat pump installation busy year-round, with the heaviest demand from October to April.
